Affiliate Agreement

Content License

By participating in the RAD TOD Affiliate Program, you grant RAD TOD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, repost, edit, crop, resize, and publish any photos or videos you create featuring RAD TOD products across our website, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, print materials, and other promotional channels.

Permission

You confirm that you have permission from all individuals appearing in your content, including your child(ren), to grant these rights.

FTC Disclosure

You agree to clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when sharing affiliate links or sponsored content in accordance with FTC guidelines.

Commissions

Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made through your affiliate link and are subject to the RAD TOD Affiliate Program terms.
